ABOUT DON PRESSON
Donald Presson is Chief Executive Officer of High Performance Resources. Mr. Presson has held operating experience at the CEO
and CFO levels. He has built and managed a multimillion-dollar manufacturing and executive search companies. His core expertise
is in assisting organizations to identify, attract and retain 'high' value Human Capital. A sampling of his clients include: Wells Fargo
Bank, Levi Strauss & Co., The California Supreme Court, Genentech and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. He is currently an Adjunct
Professor at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University where he co-authored the course, "Creating Wealth in
the Knowledge Economy". Mr. Presson has a BS in Finance from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance from American
University.
