ANNOUNCEMENT: NEW NEWSLETTER FORMAT
CHALLLENGE-THE-EXPERT PROGRAM: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2006 Come join us in for this Challenge-the-Expert Program which will bring leaders in the Web 2.0 and enterprise space together with our innovation community to explore the “homeruns” for enterprise-level business solutions based on Web 2.0 technologies and philosophies. We thank SAP for its sponsorship of this program. We recognize that “Web 2.0” – that is, the next generation of the Web -- is a fuzzy concept, promising more effective collaboration, adaptation and integration. As we look to Web 2.0 technologies and solutions, we can envision new paradigms for interaction among users, services and devices. Web 2.0 also embodies a new mindset for application users, developers, assemblers and administrators, a mindset oriented towards building communities that share code and experience, experimenting and evolving rapidly. Even for enterprise environments, there is emerging interest in rich interactive clients, collaborative development and evaluation, social networking, semantic web, accelerated deployment, adaptive integration frameworks, and web feeds.
