***SPECIAL OFFER:  CUSTOM EXECUTIVE BRIEFINGS

Provided by Center's Knowledge Network Partner -- High Performance Resources on:

"BUILDING A SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM:  THE NEW VALUE DRIVERS"

Our Knowledge Network Partner, High Performance Resources (HPR) (http://www.hpresources.com), is offering two-hour custom executive briefings to companies looking to build their senior management team in New Economy.  This briefing is without charge for a limited time to members of the Center's eCommunity.  This custom briefing can be held at your offices, at HPR's facilities in San Francisco, or at the Silicon Valley World Internet Center.

This seminar is particularly appropriate to CEOs, COOs, and VPs of Human Resources.

The business model in the Knowledge Economy has shifted from tangible to intellectual capital-based assets.  How organizations drive ideas to market now defines an organization's competitive advantage. This environment requires a management team with skill sets radically different from the past.  The foundation of the work is from a four-year study on Human Capital Capacity and its linkage to shareholder value.  HPR's intention is to bring its findings into the public domain.

By David Henshaw, Strategist, Plural

Open to the public. 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Pub Talk at 6:00 p.m.

David Henshaw will talk about this view and why traditional retailers will ultimately dominate the online channel.

NOTE: NOT A CENTER PROGRAM & NOT AT CENTER

Due to the high interest of those associated with the Center, including its Sponsors, on wireless, we are listing the following event as of possible value.

The Wireless Communications Alliance (http://www.wca.org) meeting on February 13 will feature, as it did last year, a noteworthy panel of wired-in investors who will discuss the year's hits and misses, identify attractive market segments, and fearlessly project trends and technologies that the industry would be well advised to consider in the light of the on-going turmoil in the financial community. Start-ups and Fortune 500 companies would do well to take heed of the informed attitudes and expert opinions expressed by the panelists, and last year's audience went home with some hot stock tips to boot.

Moderated by Rick Chavez of "It's Your Business" on KBZS AM1220, the panel will include VCs as well as sell and buy side analysts
