ABOUT MIKE PALEY
Mike Paley is a Convergence Specialist for the Cable & Wireless' Global Solutions team and has been with Cable & Wireless since the beginning of 2001. Before joining Cable & Wireless, Mr. Paley spent nearly a decade specializing in business development for IT solutions. Previously, he also held positions as the Vice President of Business Development for Cisco Silver partner group and Director of Sales for Cisco's AVVID partner group.

Mr. Paley has played a significant role in the development of the U.S. Cable & Wireless Business Markets team. He has supported the Business Markets team as a Channel Account Manager, the National Director of Partner Recruitment, and recently promoted to the Global Solutions Team as a Convergence Specialist. Mr. Paley holds a BA in English Literature from Loyola Marymount University.

ABOUT ALVIN DA COSTA
Alvin Da Costa is a Channel Systems Engineer for Cisco Systems, Inc.  He holds certifications in CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, and CIPT. Prior to working for Cisco, Mr. Da Costa worked at Excite@Home as a NOC engineer, responsible for providing training and Cisco classes.
