Dr. Susan Duggan
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Susan Duggan serves as the CEO for the Center.
She brings twenty years of experience in research, policy-
and program-development at an international level. At
the Silicon Valley World Internet Center, Dr. Duggan facilitates
educational presentations and interactive seminars for a worldwide
clientele and coordinates cooperative efforts between institutions
of higher education, government and corporate sectors.

Dr. R. Bruce Ricks
Dr. R. Bruce Ricks has a long career as a professor of Business
and as an entrepreneur. His teaching posts include
the graduate schools of business at UCLA, UC Berkeley, and
Stanford University. Dr. Ricks also brings 25 years
of experience in the ownership and operation of retail shopping
centers. He is particularly interested in the relationship
between physical and on-line shopping and the impact of the
Internet on the the future of commerce.

Mr. Mark Heyer
Mark Heyer, an internationally recognized visionary
of the Information Age, has for more than 20 years been a
leader in the design and market development of advanced interactive
information products, including the areas of Internet database
servers, telecommunications, training and education, medical
imaging, remote health care delivery, defense, transportation,
business, presentations, and golf.
Mr. Heyer is the originator of the theory of Infonomics, which
describes the human dynamics of information systems.
He is a prolific writer and speaker on the subject of the
information revolution. He has lectured worldwide and has
taught courses at the San Francisco State University Multimedia
Studies Program and Lehigh University.
